SHIPPING

jərnē offers FREE SHIPPING for all orders over R1500.  Shipping fees for orders less than R1500 are added at checkout. 

All South African orders are shipped using our trusted and reliable local courier service. Deliveries are door to door, and are therefore sent to the address supplied by the purchaser, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. If the purchaser is not available at the time of delivery, the parcel will be left with someone at the property who will be required to sign a receipt of acceptance e.g. staff.

All customers can avail of an exclusive feature that enables visual order tracking, package protection from as little as ZAR 27.29, effortless claim-filing and reorders. To activate this, simply add Route+ to your online order at the point of checkout.

jərnē loves to get your item to you as swiftly as possible and works hard to ensure your order is dispatched and delivered to all customers on time, however please note, we are only human, so the below delivery times are an approximate guide only. 

SOUTH AFRICA

If your bag is in stock, it will be shipped and will arrive within 5 business days. If you live in an outlying area, then it may take an extra day or two as some routes are not delivered to as often as others.

If your bag is not in stock and you are requesting a Pre-Order it may take up to two weeks to be delivered as the bag needs to be produced before shipping. All products are crafted by a single craftswoman and are made in the order they are received.

RETURNS

At jərnē, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products and hope you love your purchase as much as we loved making it. However, if you don’t love it, or if for any reason or there is a problem with it, we will happily repair, replace or refund your purchase for you. We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date of an item.

When choosing your jərnē item, please keep in mind, our natural materials have been selected for their special and individual textures.

 

FULL GRAIN LEATHER

All scratches, scrapes, wrinkles + folds that gather on the surface of our leathers are an integral part of the character of our products. These signs are evidence of the leather’s authenticity. As each hide is unique there will be variation in colour and pattern.

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING EXCEPTIONS TO OUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY:

• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
• Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
